Preparations
Butter: 1 cup of butter should be cold, and the remaining butter should be at room temperature.
Eggs should be at room temperature
No other advance preparations are necessary. Have your ingredients handy, but do not premeasure anything. We will not be baking all of our cookies during this class. But we will be portioning, rolling, and cutting some things, so make sure you have space cleared and clean! Please contact me with any questions: sarah@sugarbysarahla.com
We will be making two different kinds of cookies in class. If that feels like too much for you, feel free to pick one of the recipes to bake along with and just watch during the other!
