Cinnamon Rolls (December 23, 2021)

The ultimate warm and gooey cinnamon roll. There are a million versions of this rolled bread that I love. I don’t have a favorite and I don’t discriminate. The first cinnamon rolls not from a can I ever made were a copy-cat Cinnabon recipe that involved pudding mix(!). This one uses a milk bread dough. Video will be available the evening December 23 barring technical difficulties, in which case a previously recorded version of the class will be provided for those who want to have these rolls available for Christmas Eve or Day.

Intermediate class good for ages 10+ (younger kids will do fine in his class as helpers to their grown-up).

This class has multiple breaks due to rising time.
