This swiss roll is getting dressed up for the Holidays. Spend a day with me making the classic buche de noel and a bunch of realistic looking mering mushrooms to dress it up. This cake can easily be frozen and then decorated right before your winter celebration.

This is an advanced or ambitious intermediate class. Kids are welcome, but should have an adult working with them unless they are older or have a lot of baking experience.

Will take most of the day, with multiple breaks. Stove-top cooking is involved and an electric mixer (preferrably a stand mixer) is required.
